I have a parent that has lost access to their child’s account. When they login they no longer see their child or Pack info. The only thing they see is the Administration page and the My Account option.
Do they need to re-add the scout back to their account?
A ticket has been opened and the number is SSD-68375
You can try opening the connection and clicking update. That sometimes resets things.
Where is the update button?
Go to My Dashboard → Administration → My Account → My Connections. Click on your Scout’s name. The update button will be on that screen.
From the scout’s page, scout’s connections > parent’s name > update.
