Parent lost login password, and has email turned off

I have a parent in my unit that accidentally opted out of receiving emails for her scout. Now she has forgotten the password for her account and cannot login to change the email settings. When she goes to reset the password, she never receives the reset email…

what is the BSA # or Scoutbook User ID and we can take a look
