Parent Merge Request, cannot locate BSA ID

I have a parent that mistakenly set up two accounts and requests they be merged. Surviving account is Member ID 141303863. I cannot access the member ID for the account that needs to be deleted/merged, I’ve opened a separate thread: Sporadic: Logged-in user does not have access to this API

Scout account is Member ID 141260241.
