Parent Not Receiving Email - Duplicate Profile, One without Email

I have a new parent that through conversation I don’t believe is receiving emails from Scoutbook.

I am able to access two profiles 5772040 with the same BSA ID 141865320. One profile url shows adultUserId=12030724 with no email address and one does not show adultUserId but lists an email address. Both are linked to child BSA ID 141971482 and childUserId 14544890.

@RichardArnold when you say emails? Do you mean from the Legacy Messages system? or the SB+ calendar?

Messages through Legacy Scoutbook messaging which our pack uses frequently. This scout/parent does show up in my selection list now where they were missing before, so yes I believe this is resolved. Thank you!

Yeah there was no Scoutbook email - that is fixed
