I have a new parent that through conversation I don’t believe is receiving emails from Scoutbook.
I am able to access two profiles 5772040 with the same BSA ID 141865320. One profile url shows adultUserId=12030724 with no email address and one does not show adultUserId but lists an email address. Both are linked to child BSA ID 141971482 and childUserId 14544890.
Messages through Legacy Scoutbook messaging which our pack uses frequently. This scout/parent does show up in my selection list now where they were missing before, so yes I believe this is resolved. Thank you!
