Parent of two scouts can only access one

I’m an ASM and admin for GGAC Alameda Troop 9. I have a parent named Jessica R. She is the parent of two scouts, Jasper R. and Cassidy R. She is listed as the linked parent in both accounts. She was able to successfully invite Jasper to join Scoutbook but not Cassidy. For Cassidy, she does not see the prompts, “Edit Extended Information” or “Invite xxx to Connect.”
Another data point is that when I look at my list of Parents who I can email, Jessica has Jasper and Cassidy below her name.
Please advise.

Have her try it now. If not have her reach out to me through the council help desk
