having an issue with scoutbook. This is the case with 2 sets of brothers and their parent/guardian. The parent is connected to one of two brothers seemingly correctly. Then when I go to the other brother the parent name appears but when I click into the account it is empty. It is only showing a name, no email, and say that this person has been invited but has never connected. How do I resolve this?
Please post the bsa member numbers of the scouts (no names), and we can look into it.
