My husband is Cub master and also Ass. Scoutmaster. I have connected him thru invite to both our kids as a parent, but every time he tries to view their accomplishments, merit badges, etc as cubmaster and Ass. Scoutmaster, it comes up with an error saying he went down a dead end and to go back to camp. I’m not sure how to fix this.
@EvelynWilson - you added the relationship in advancements.scouting.org ? If so then there should be a parent role in the upper right dropdown.
He has tried looking at our son as a parent as well, but the same message comes up. For some reason I can see our kids thru everything, but he can’t.
@EvelynWilson - can he try an incognito session and or clear cookies and cache for the browser.
@EvelynWilson so trying to understand. You husband logs in to SB+. As an ASM or a parent. Clicks on EW and gets an error message?
