Greetings… I am the Troop Committee Chair and Admin in Scoutbook. I have two sons in the troop. Every time I log in to Scoutbook & Plus, I get a message that I am not connected to the youngest. I followed the instructions and had my wife invite me to connect. I received an email and clicked “Accept Relationship”. I then always get and error.
@JosephFerencie This issue is that you are listed as both “Father of” and also “Son of” your child with first initial G. The local council can fix that with their Registrar Tools.
