I have a parent trying to access Scoutbook and telling me that they keep getting outages messages and are unable to access the site.
I am having no trouble accessing the site and wondered if there are any ideas or suggestions about what might be going on or what I could recommend.
Can you be more specific on what they, or you, are seeing.
You try to login in and… what do you see?
