Parent MID 13413394 has a relationship with Scout MID 136072434 but does not have a parent role in SB+ Can you sync? Thanks
If this screen shot was from Wednesday, there was a system issue that made it appear parent roles disappeared. I did find a duplicate SB ID which I have merged but that would not have caused this issue.
Please have her try again. She may need to use an incongito window to rule out a cache issue if she still does not see the parent role in the dropdown.
