# Parent-Scout Relationship Problem

We have a parent that is indicating they cannot see their scout when logged into Scoutbook Plus. To me, the relationship shows up in SB+.  
Parent 1 - 141650656  
Scout - 136555356  
Is it possible that the parent has multiple SB+ accounts or there is some other issue that is not set up correctly?

@GarrettGreen The father of this Scout did have more than one Scoutbook account. I have merged them.

I did not find a duplicate Scoutbook account for the mother. However, I fixed something else that might resolve the issue for her. Please ask her to try again.

For units with issues like this - watch the parent log into SB+ or [my.scouting.org](http://my.scouting.org) \> look at the Member # they sign into. If it does not line up with the parent relationship you know the issue, that they have at least 2 accounts. Often just easiest to add the account they can log into as a parent.
