I have a parent in the app who continues to be unable to update rank requirements. Any help would be appreciated

In Scoutbook, try creating a den for the Scouts. Then go to the den page and use the “Reassign Scout(s)” button to quickly move the Scouts into the den. Repeat as needed for however many den levels you need. Scoutbook uses dens to know which requirements the Scouts in the den are working towards.
