Parent with multiple accounts, not connected to scouts

I have a parent that was previously registered in Atlanta Area Council. Her login information takes her to that account with no info and no connections.

I have her email and scouts connected to another account as part of Northeast Georgia Council, however her email keeps logging her into the other account.

I had her login to my.scouting.org and it says that she has “no current memberships”

@Matt post a BSA # and we can look

The account that she is forced into with Atlanta Area Council does not have a BSA or Member ID attached to it.

@Matt does the other account have a different first name?

No, it looks like all the information is completely blank. I can message you her email.
