# Parent with multiple email accounts

I have a parent who is trying to login but not getting the reset password notices. She has a few parent/scoutbook accounts as they have changed troops a few times over the last few years.

(_removed by Moderator_)l current and correct email address is (_removed by Moderator_). This is listed with all three of her scouts in the troop. She had previous email account of (_removed by Moderator_) that has to be shutdown.

@WilliamEvans - you might want to avoid posting personal emails in a public forum. The bsa id is generally sufficient.
