Parent with Two Member ID's having issues

Hi we have a parent with two member IDs - he has an active one 14348114, and an inactive one 13766075. He’s having trouble getting emails and RSVPing for his Scout in Scoutbook Plus (it’s showing invalid emails). Is it still necessary to merge the user ID’s with the new system?

reupping this one… Has this been addressed? Parent can login but is still can’t be emailed from the troop in SB+…

ETA on a fix or any kind of workaround for the email issue?
