My son tried to reset his scoutbook password, but never received the email message to reset the password. He tried re-registering, but that did not work either. How can he access scoutbook if not able to reset the passwordl
he has an iCloud account and tried logging in directly and logging in with the ‘login with Apple’ link. the Apple link recognized his account, but once the apple login was complete, it did not continue thorugh to scoutbook.
Hmmm… when I looked at his profile it had the iCloud.com email address. We did check the Outlook account and also did not see a message there. I’ll check again. Maybe it was just slow.
