Password reset issues

Hi all, I have a new parent who I’ve connected to their two scouts (I sent an email with the first connection) and then connected them to the second scout. They aren’t able to login with the temporary password, and the reset functionality is not working either (they have checked their junk folder). Any ideas? The parent’s SB user ID is 12027499.

Hi Donovan,

He’s able to login now, but only one child is showing when he goes to My Dashboard. If I go to his other child with my account, it still shows a pending invite, even though he’s already logged into his account… Other child’s profile UserID is 11914954.
