Are others seeing sporadically poor performance? There are multiple times per day when it takes over 30 secs just to load our troop roster. Sometimes it’s less than 5 seconds. Please resolve!
The highest levels of BSA IT are aware of the performance issues. They are working to understand the root causes and implement fixes.
