Permissions Manager Showing Error Message "effective dt is not valid"

Hi,

I am the COR of our Pack. I am trying to assign functional roles and grant permission to some of our new leaders. However, I keep getting an error message saying “effective dt is not valid.” Does anyone know what the problem could be?’

@AkikoKahue-Burrows- the membership id numbers of those leaders would help

@AkikoKahue-Burrows simple answer is there is an issue with registration I bet - post the Member #s (no names) and we can take a look

Member #’s are 141730028 and 141714047

@AkikoKahue-Burrows the first one might have been in a sync - the second one seems like it should have no issue. What are you trying to do exactly to get that error?

OK, I was just able to update the second one. Thank you so much for checking.

The first one I am trying to move them into Committee Secretary and add Calendar permissions.
