I have given my leaders Patrol and Troop calendar permissions at least 3 times now. They’re not saving or persisting or otherwise sticking.
These two as an example I very explicitly gave these permissions to on Wednesday and clicked Apply Changes.
They, and everyone else, have lost those permissions today.
@BrianCarter2 what I have seen is users clicking the wrong Apply Blue button so nothing is saved (a few times seen) - check again and make sure the Apply button for the section of Permissions is pressed
Sorry, scouting IT isn’t getting off that easy. Yes, I pressed the appropriate button.
I changed a lot of sections. And pressed apply changes for each section. None of them kept.
@BrianCarter2 - I just checked my units and the permissions i set early in change are still there
@BrianCarter2 post a BSA Number and a permission and I can tell you if it was ever applied

Was given Calendar 1/25 but the registered position ended 2/1. And the Calendar was given in a grace period. This is good data to turn in.
12040158 also lost some permissions, but they appear to be back now. My permission list earlier was down to almost nothing. Something in the database went sideways but I can’t see anything as a user.
Giving a unit and a subunit permission does nothing. If they have a Unit Permission they can do everything a subunit permission allows.
@BrianCarter2 on 12040158 did you re-establish the calendar on 3/4?
Sounds right. I found a bunch of unchecked permissions on 3/4 and added them. 12040158’s calendar permissions were blank when I posted this thread an hour ago. His permissions are back now.
12040158 - OK this one makes sense. They went from a Committee Member to an ASM - that is a different Position so all functional roles end and have to be re-established
Oh wow. That seems like a poor design. Our committee chair moved people around. I guess good to know.

No new position so the system assumes the person has new responsibility
It is one of those has been that way for decades - from the beginning of Functional Roles. And even the permissions are just Functional roles.
It is better than it was even 3-4 years ago, then every functional role ended every year, and you had to go back in and rebuild after charter processed. At least now they roll if there is not a position change.
