I have a scout that has a merit badge counselor showing up as his parent sporadically throughout the system, including his Eagle application. This counselor does not even show up as a connection for the scout. So we cannot remove the connection and resolve it through connections. This counselor was showing up as a merit badge counselor, though. We removed the merit badge from the Scout to try and resolve the issue. That did not resolve. We have connected with our local Council, and they cannot resolve either. Is there a way to get this resolved?
