Phantom duplicate scout

I am seeing a duplicate scout in scoutbook, however when I click his name to investigate it just logs me out of scoutbook.

are the URLs for the Scout(s) the same?

Bad Scout → ScoutUserID=1436139
Good Scout → ScoutUserID=2423453

this is fixed now I believe - it was an old deleted SB account that somehow came back
