Phantom second parent profile still appears in Scoutbook - how to remove?

I have an Assistant Scoutmaster who has two profiles in Scoutbook:

#136437997 (leader profile) - this is the correct one and the one I want to keep

#14568806 (parent profile) - this is a ghost profile that I don’t want

I contacted my Council office to merge the two but was told that they see only one username in the system. However, I definitely see two of the same individual when I run a Roster report or pull up a parent list to add to a Calendar event in Scoutbook Plus+.

Can someone help me get rid of all traces of #14568806?

Upon further communication with the Council office, the two profile IDs were merged. The bad profile name was never used to “log in” to Scoutbook, so Council could not find it at first. Problem resolved.
