I was able to successfully enter two scouts for photography merit badge. When I tried two more scouts, I received an error message. Please assist. Thank you- Tonya MacCoy
Please provide the Scouting America Member IDs for the scouts (no names please!) and the SUAC volunteers can investigate.
Can you also provide more details about the error itself? What is the error message or the behavior that’s occurring?
One common cause of issues with MB is the scout still showing an active membership in a pack in classic Scoutbook. Have you checked the memberships of the involved scouts?
