Please Mark Cub Scout Award as Awarded

One of the Scouts in my troop (Member ID 12933564) earned the Webelos Scout Supernova Award back in 2022. It was awarded while they were still a Cub Scout in a pack. However, it never got marked awarded electronically, and I don’t have a way to mark it awarded as a troop’s advancement chair. This is what shows under their awards profile:

And I can’t get rid of this from the alert icon at the upper left of my page:

Can someone toggle this to awarded behind the scenes to get it out of my “Needs Purchasing” report? I tried to put it on a purchase order to immediately close, but it doesn’t show when I go through the Advancements tab.

The SUAC does not have the ability to make this change. You will need to contact your Council and ask them to submit a member care ticket to have the awarded state set. Include the Scout’s Scouting America Member ID in your request ot your Council.
