Please merge account profiles

@ChristopherFeucht This is fixed. You need to log in with your my.scouting username (not an email address).

@AnnaZoromski-Linde I kept the scoutbook account you wanted but changed the member number on it since the other one has your Tiger adult registration. You training will hopefully sync to that one soon too. If not, toggle which mid is primary in manage member ID in 24 hour increments.

Scoutbook accounts with two IDs.

My original account:

13453872

My new account which doesn’t have any of my completed trainings:

14424975

Can these be merged please?

@CraigStachewicz I will send you a direct message > look at top right Avatar to find it > it will be a green dot with a number 1 > it will be a private message channel with select members of the Scoutbook User Advisory Council (SUAC)

Hello,

I have a den leader that needs her multiple accounts merged so that she can actually access her den and her own scouts.

SB User ID: 11980040 BSA Member ID: 133405423 AND SB UserID 2573676 need to be merged into the active account below

SB User ID: 1293785 BSA Member ID: 137282252

Hi! I could use some help merging my 2 accounts. One was made under my new married name and the other was made under my previous name so now I have one account that has my trainings and another that was being set up for me to be listed as a leader.

One member ID is 14311904 and one is 135446676

I have some accounts that need to be merged:

Keep:

  • Scoutbook: 12653113
  • BSA number: 14491156
  • has YPT and Position
    Old:
  • BSA number: 100137544
  • has previous advancement

Keep:

  • Scoutbook: 2665478
  • BSA number: 135710860
  • has wrong DOB and is missing YPT, connected to children
    Delete:
  • Scoutbook: 12748583
  • BSA number: 12961766
  • has correct DOB and YPT training, but not connected to children

Keep:

  • Scoutbook: 2750876
  • BSA number: 135895257
  • has correct DOB and all Advancement
    Delete:
  • Scoutbook: 9957929
  • BSA number: 13268733
  • has wrong DOB and no connections

Please try to merge, but if not, then keep:

  • Scoutbook: 12229018
  • BSA number: 14052594
    Delete:
  • Scoutbook: 2665465
  • BSA number: 135710859

@JenniferHarkenrider The adult leader has active registrations in 2 different councils. In a case like this, she almost needs to have 2 separate user names at my.scouting.

@CallieFitzgerald I sent you a private message.

@JacobTanner I sent you a private message.

I am trying to merge two accounts in Scoutbook for my son and correct my name in his profile. His SB user ID is 12750473 and 12742815. His member ID is 14615370. My first name should be Andrew and not Adnrew. My Den Leader info is all correct in Scoutbook as well as my profile.
My parent info is incorrect under member ID 14615371 and it appears as a new member ID was loaded for me as a parent.
My primary ID account with all the correct info is 14478763.

How do I correct these issues?

@AndrewMujica let us look at it

@AndrewMujica this is all cleaned up

Fantastic! Thanks for the quick help!

@JenniferOlinger, I tried this ending the youth membership with another scout who shows up twice in my roster and made a mistake. He only shows up in the den with first name and last initial and I can no longer edit anything with the member. My only option is to remove him. Scout member is E.B. Can he be added back in? Pack 3133 and Den 2.

@DouglasVanderhoof The Scout with initials E.B. had 2 Scoutbook userIDs. I have merged them.

If you see a Scout on your Roster with first name and last initial, that means you are not connected to the Scout. As Cubmaster and Pack Admin, you can re-set your Pack Admin role. Here’s how:

  1. In Scoutbook, go to the Pack Roster page.
  2. Click on your name.
  3. Click on your Pack Admin role.
  4. Check the box next to “Position Approved”
  5. Click “Update” to save.

This will re-set your Admin connection to all Scouts in the pack.

I also need two accounts merged. The first one is the one I use to see my kids accounts. This is the account I would like to keep active.

@StephanieWhite8 Your Scoutbook accounts have been merged.

I too ended up with duplicate accounts. Please merge ID 14644735 into ID 14379737. If possible, please also connect both of my boys (IDs 14379736 and 14379963) to my ID 14379737.

Thank you! Further detail below.

ID 14379737

This is my original ID that I created when we first signed the boy up to scouting so I could use the Scoutbook App. This ID is tied to my leadership application (Application ID: 200630740). In the Scoutbook app I show neither N. or B
When I try to connect both scouts I can find them but always receive the error message: “Oh no! We couldn’t connect to the Scout”

ID 14644735

This is the ID that you created not knowing that I had created one. In the Scoutbook App I show B.(14379736) connected. While I could find N. (14379963), I could not add him and received the “Oh no! We couldn’t connect the Scout” error message.

@MichaelKessler1 This is mostly fixed.

With regard to your Scouts, please log in to Scoutbook, try going to:

My Dashboard → Administration → My Account → My Connections

and click on the red text that says: “Connect to your Scout as Parent/Guardian”.
