Troop 87G had an open PO from July. Unit went to print and close and there are no open PO nor is there a closed one. MID 140660115 would have been on it, with at least E Prep and Envi Sci as approved. Any ideas?
Looking at the record for MID 140660115, I would expect E Prep, Env Sci and Traffic Safety to all appear on a PO or at least under To Purchase.
That’s just it Ed. There is NO purchase order.
COR who does the purchasing saw it in July, went to print it to buy the badges, but now it is gone.
I hunted around and couldn’t find it either.

@MarianMcQuaid- they can back into the PO by way of the To Award section as it will list the PO number which is clickable
