My profile in scoutbook plus recently changed me from a ASM to a unit commissioner. I now am unable to access the roster or do any of the advancement and logging activities I did as a ASM. Please help me change back. In my.scouting my roles are correct and I show as an ASM. The actual unit commissioner looked and he sees my role as ASM. ---

@WilliamZarychta - did you check the upper right dropdown to see if you can select the ASM role. ---

I did and it only shows “unit commissioner and 10 other roles” for the troop. ---

@WilliamZarychta - well UC can not be set or assigned in scoutbook that I can see. That has to come from the district/council level. Did you apply to be a UC ? ---

@WilliamZarychta - a UC has no permissions in any unit as they are not registered in the unit. I think this a talk to the registrar thing as there is nobody on the forums who can fix this. ---

Just throwing things at the wall, I’m wondering if someone tagged you as a UC in classic Scoutbook at some point, and positions from there are “overriding” your correct positions. Ten positions in addition to the listed UC position seems surprising. ---

Correct, the unit is T1780F
