# Position Manager error (Advancement Chair)

_2)Operating system: Windows and Android_

_3) MS Edge_

_4) 142189290 and 135508294 - Coronado Area Council_

We have two leaders slotted in the advancement chair in my.scouting position manager, now we cannot move either of them. User ID 142189290 should be the Comittiee Chair and _135508294 should be removed._

You will need to contact your Council Registrar (not District Executive) for assistance. For some reason, the UAC role on MID 142189290 has an expiration date of 7/31/26. This is what is preventing you from moving the individual to CC and MID 135508294 UAC has a 7/9/26 expiration. These are both in the lapse period so they cannot be moved. Your Council Registrar should be able to address this with Registrar Tools.
