I am a ACC troubleshooting an adult who took the YPT Training. He receive a message that
the certificate for completion would be forthcoming. His ID#127329050. Can you check
which module is hanging up for completion ?

How would user get back to complete the (2)modules ?
Just sign back in and finish it - it should jump to the spot
