True Issue: When selecting to Blue Card Bulk Print from Advancements tab of Roster, the Filter for Select Status offers Complete and Incomplete. We need Approved. I have more than one parent who is a leader that marks off items in merit badge that his kid completes and makes the MB show as Complete. I plan to address him doing that again, but i can’t seem to electronically stop him. The assigned MB Counselor is asked to check it and Approve the badge. But sometimes there is an issue. I’m printing cards for COH and getting partials in my batch. The only clue was that the MBCs signature was missing. And before you SUAC guys tell me I don’t need to print Blue Cards because Scoutbook+ is the official record, you are messing with old people who start quoting 100 years of Scouting Legacy. So please don’t. Many of us are working with Scoutmasters, Committee Chairs, and CORs that have been doing this since Baden Powell still walked the earth. This is about a feature that was working in legacy Scoutbook that doesn’t in Plus. If Scoutbook+ is going to support printing Blue Cards we need it to have options and working features, or it is a bug in your software. When you are told not to support it, pull it completely versus not updating or maintaining an old feature.
Also: In another post where someone reported the Blue Card export having information that is already on the pre-printed 3 to a page Blue Card SKU 646956, a SUAC tagged member mentioned the form was changed. It wasn’t. I have been using these for 3 years. Your output for Plain Paper is identical on odd number pages when it should not be.
I do appreciate all you do, and Scoutbook+ is the most friendly and usable that it has ever been.
