unable to print merit badge cards given at COH

@JohnBeattie The help is out of date. We have requested it be fixed. All units have access to POs in Scoutbook Plus. Go to Roster → Advancements → To Purchase

Yes I do that and when I select to create purchase order I receive a red circle with a line through it like a do not enter sign. I appreciate you working on a Saturday.

Is this a permission issue? I am the Scoutmaster.

Can you send a screenshot of the error you see?

Our unit is able to print the Merit Badge cards, but it is now done by going to Scoutbook Plus—>Roster—>Clicking the “Advancement” tab—>Clicking the “To Purchase” tab—>Scrolling down to Purchase Orders—>Clicking on the “View Order” button—>The using the “Print Certificate” option at the bottom.
