When I fill out the activity form, I record the date, people involved with the activity, hours, service project type, name, etc. but the Record and Finish button is greyed out. I have done this a couple of weeks ago, and it worked fine. Now it is not. I called local Council, and they are getting the same problem. I also tried on Android tablet as well as multiple browsers on my desktop computer. All with the same problem. How do I record the service hours that I need to record?

@TerrillJarvis you do not have the correct permissions to do this. Your Key need to review updated Scoutbook_Permissions.pdf and the Scoutbook Plus permissions video for more details.

I am listed in ScoutBook+ as Troop Admin, Assistant Scoutmaster, Unit Advancement Chair. Also, the council advancement person cannot do this as well.
Troop Admin is no longer a position - as stated above - Key3 for Unit need to review the links I provided.
I would be surprised if council advancement staff can edit the unit activity logs at all (as opposed to not just in this case). Typically, their interface is only tracking the advancement aspects, which does not include to the activity logs.
