Hello, I have a Scout who missed registration and has dropped of the roster. I have spoken to the parent to see what it looks like on their end, and they have told me the renewal email says to contact their SM. Should they start a new registration, or will it link back up to MyScouting if they try to reregister?

The family needs to go through the same process as a one registering a new Scout. They need to make sure they use the same name and DOB that was previously registered so that the system can find the Scout’s Member ID.
