Can you please do a quick check MID 102502821 somehow got combined with another profile. It’s a common last name. Address on SB/MYST accounts is totally different then Profile. When I try to open profile, I get “HTTP POST on resource ‘http://internal-redismgmt-606245540.us-east-1.elb.amazonaws.com:80/_redissearch/getOrgdetails’ failed: not found (404).” error. If you can’t find will have to open a Member Care Ticket. Thx
