At the very least, I think you should display the email of the connection(s) returned from searching for an individual. Obscure the middle of the address if privacy is a concern.
Normally, it’s not a problem, but with common names or transfers from other units, I’d feel much safer matching a search result to an email written on an application rather than just assuming it’s the correct person that I’m about to give full access to a Scout.
@NicholasShewmaker - I seem to recall that in searching for adults you can use the email address as a search pattern. In the case of new scouts am an not certain that the parent would be in the system.
