This is a tough one to explain, but on Dec. 3, I downloaded the “new” Purchase Order report (Roster- Advancements Tab - To Purchase), and it missed including 1 of 6 First Class rank awards, and 1 of 1 Star rank awards; did not include an item name for the “Triple Crown” (showed as a blank line with a quantity of 2); and did not include the names of the scouts that earned National Outdoor Achievement Awards (Camping Gold) Devices #1, #2, & #3.
On the corresponding Advancement Report, the following were missing: 1 of 6 First Class rank; 1 of 1 Star Rank; and 6 entries for the National Outdoor Achievement Award Center Emblems. (I think the Center Emblems have always been missing from the classic advancement report)
On Dec. 4, I downloaded the Reports - Purchase History for the exact same PO that I downloaded on Dec 3 and lo and behold, the two missing ranks appeared on it; but the National Outdoor Achievement Award Center Emblems are not included.
With a total of 100 awards in the order, PO Report scores a 98% as it’s missing 2 ranks, but has National Outdoor awards correct; Advancement Report scores a 92% as it’s missing 2 ranks and 6 National Outdoor awards; PO History Report scores a 94% as it has the missing 2 ranks, but is missing the 6 National Outdoor awards.
