Question and Issue with Generated Advancement Report

It’s my first time running the advancement report and I have a couple of questions:

  1. If an advancement report covers multiple ranks with boards of review on multiple dates, which date do we enter into the Board of Review box?
  2. The dates that are getting populated into the awards are too large and can’t be fully read. Is there a way to address that?

#1 is a question for your Council. My council long ago realized the BOR box on the form makes no sense and does not require it.

#2 is often what you are using to Read the PDF - is it a real Adobe product?

Well, I was using the Adobe Acrobat Chrome plug in to view it, but when I pull it up in Adobe Reader, the dates show just fine!

Although, some of the longer merit badges get their names cut off a bit. They’re still readable, fortunately.
