Continuing the discussion from No longer able to message specific leaders:

I am a committee member ID#12647953.in a troop but do not have a scout still in the troop . In early September I stop getting event reminders from scoutbook plus (I am on the invitee list). Reminders and RSVP notification went through to other members of the Troop. Also, I was given messaging permissions on September 10th. 2 days ago I tried to send a test email through scoutbook plus to myself and another leader ID#123703663. Scoutbook plus indicated that the email was sent, but we received nothing. I have not opted out of emails, I do not set a spam blocker. I checked my known spam option from email provider, I did hard resets and logged in on an incognito browser. Nothing worked. Are these two problems related and is this a known bug being worked on.

@DanaTonai - I just did an email test this morning and I received it within seconds of the pop up stating that the email was sent. So the mail handler appears to be working.

I just sent an email to myself again, but did not receive anything, which is why I was wondering if the fact that I stopped receiving event notifications and reminders was also related to my messaging problems.
