Recharter error at payment

I am having an issue with our recharter payment I will double check with the bank to make sure that our credit limit is correct. However, I am seeing a red exclamation point next to our unit expiration date which is correct 12/31/2022. If this is causing the issue how do I correct this? Thank you.
