Scoutbook Using Scoutbook & Scoutbook Plus

Hello,

Scout 13538753 is on the My.Scouting roster of our TAC troop but disappeared from the Scoutbook Plus roster. Would it be possible to reconnect this scout to our troop? Thank you.

@DavidMcCormick this scout is registered in 2 troops in different councils - are they active in both Troops?

No longer. As of this summer this scout is only active in the troop in TAC. Thank you.
