When using the “Recover Password” option, no email is being received from Scoutbook. This is happening for several parents. I have tested with my own account and no email has been received in over 10 minutes and it is not in the SPAM/Junk folder. Please advise. Thank you!
Just tested for me and it was instant what steps did you take?
If you posted the BSA Member ID for these parents (no names) we can check the database for a few different potential issues that sometimes cause this problem.
Password reset was being tried with email address rather than user ID. This is working as expected. User was able to recover User ID and rest password. Thanks!
