Registered Leaders Cannot Login and Cannot Reset Password

I have two registered adult leaders in our pack who cannot login to Scoutbook or MyScouting. They were previously able to. When they try to reset their password, they do not receive the password reset. The error message they receive when trying to login is “ says Invalid username and/or password. Your account is locked, please try again in 30 minutes.” They have tried again after 30 minutes. I also had one of the users try a different computer they had not used before after several days since their last login attempt.

How do we get assistance with this issue?

@JamesBorg post the BSA #s and we can take a look

@JamesBorg - is your pack where I think it is in Monmouth Council… but certainly the BSA ID numbers for the leaders with issues.
