Welcome! This forum has a treasure trove of great info – Scouters helping Scouters! Just a heads up, though - all content, information, and opinions shared on this forum are those of the author, not the BSA.
When I try to verify relationships to Scouts I keep getting this same error: Invalid request - “homeAddress” with value “street address, , “ fails to match the required pattern: /^(IA-Za-z0-9] {1,10}) ([A-Za-z0-9.IsK2,50}), ([A-Za-z. IsK1,50}), ([A-ZK2})
I have tried adding different parents to different Scouts (so different addresses) and I still keep getting this error. Any ideas what the problem could be and how to get past it?
Here are the member IDs (Parent/Scout): (12355521/132412088), (12491919/133667576, 131434659), (12044783/131434659). One has 2 Scout IDs listed with the one parent because the parent is no longer connected with either of their Scouts on Scoutbook Plus.
@JosetteUngos
Thank you. I have passed this information on.
I believe at this time your best option is to contact your Council and ask them to use the relationship tab of Registrar Tools to connect these parents and Scouts.
Thank you! I will contact the Council about it. I just hoping it’s not some wider issue with our troop and that it’s not some sort of compatibility issue given that everyone in our troop has a non-US address.
