We have some adults who have full control in our unit (I.e., past advancement chair). How can we remove their ability to have full control of all the scouts in the unit once they are no longer in their position? It makes me nervous having more and more people over time with full control who need it at one point, but once they leave the position no longer need it. Thanks in advance!
Go to your unit roster and click the Clean Old Connections button. This will remove any connections where the adults are 1) no longer leaders in your unit, 2) no longer connected as Parent/Guardian to any Scout in your unit. It will not remove any Merit Badge Counselor connection.
If they are still listed on your scoutbook unit roster, you’ll also want to click on their name > their positions > any positions that are no longer appropriate (especially unit admin). Then, add an end date.
