Renewal popup is blocking all functionality

I’m unable to update any advancement for the Cubs in my den. I can see their individual page, but not make any changes. Every time I click on “Advancement” or try to use quick entry (or activity logs for hiking/camping), I get a yellow popup that says my account is eligible to renew.

My account doesn’t expire until 12/31, the Pack is going to renew for me, this is so frustrating!

is there any kind of admin I can contact about this? Any workaround?

@RebeccaSevert - you should not be in classic scoutbook at all as all cub advancement is in scoutbook plus and has been for some time. The pop-up can be dismissed as i have done so for the notice for my son’s renewal.

ScoutBook Plus is nothing but a big yellow popup for me. There’s literally nothing else there.

How did you dismiss the popup? Were you on your phone? What was the setting or box to tick?

@RebeccaSevert - i recall clicking on the word dismiss.

LOL I definitely don’t have that option! Wish I did.

@RebeccaSevert - perhaps a screenshot of what you see? Beyond that there is nobody on the forums who can get rid of that notice, save for the pack paying the renewal.

Yellow pop-ups are generally in scoutbook.scouting.org which you should not be using.

You are registered as an Assistant Den Leader. If you are actually a Den Leader, your Charter Org Rep needs to change your registered position using the Position Manager tab on the roster page in my.scouting.org or Scoutbook Plus.

If you are correctly regsitered as an assistant den leader, a Key 3 needs to use Position Manager in Scoutbook Plus to give you additional permissions.

It also appears on my iPad. Do I need to access the site on a desktop computer?

my guess is it is a mobile issue - will have to check that
