Reports aren't running

My report builder is not listing my saved reports and when I try to make a new one it gives me this error: System failure (77). ref: PD-20251218002134-559616-846733

Furthermore, in the Training Manager for the Troop Organization, the training reports aren’t loading showing an empty page.

@JenniferBeckmann- I have checked my reports in scoutbook plus and they are all working and I checked the reports in my.scouting.org and they are all working. I would suggest an incognito session to see if they all run.

@JenniferBeckmann failing in 2 different platforms is odd - your account at first glance looks fine - let me take a look - an incognito would be good to take your browser out of the equation

@JenniferBeckmann OK found the issue for SB - please try again.

You also need to talk to council for your Scout “D” - they have you in relationship under 2 different Member #s - that caused the problem - you just want to be parent under your leader #
