I have tried Edge, Chrome, Android, Incognito, standing on my left foot…. Im registered with 3 units. I can see all adults and scouts for 2 of those units. As cubmaster, I cannot see my scouts for the pack in report builder. They show in the roster OK. We recently had to change charter org. New charter application. Council office struggled to get everything moved over. I think this may be the issue.
@DavidLitaker- I trust that was a bit of humor as I would have no idea what you tried or did not as you did not state that. And you may well be correct that it may come down to a council effort.
