My BSA ID is 141500045

I have AOL crossover coming up this weekend. My reports menu has said No Menu Available for over a month. I have searched other comments but there seems to be nothing I can do. I’ve tried logging off/logging on. Different computers. Different browsers. I’m not sure what to do, and I really need it to work so my AOL can be properly awarded their award and move on. I really don’t want them to have to wait to cross over because of a glitch.

@EricaWheeler1 I Assume this is Legacy Scoutbook. That is usually a cache issue. Try a Hard Refresh (Shift + Refresh page) or an incognito window

I have set your Scoutbook account back to the correct MID. You should be fixed now, but you might need to wait for the overnight sync to run before you have full access.

Thank you. We are in the process of moving I have a female scout so I had to dual to get her enrolled. I have just a bit to finish up at TAC. It is working. Thank you
