Request a Position Sync for Scout dropped out of Roster

Good afternoon,

We have a parent trying to renew an expired scout who is unable to find their scout under their logged in account. I am unable to see the email they used to register as the Scout has been dropped off our Roster.

Is it possible to request to sync the scout back? Scout ID is: 141257618

@carlakrager - I do not think an expired scout can be re-sync’d to the roster. But the SUAC may know more.

@carlakrager I assume you mean 141257619 - that scout cannot be synced because that scout has no current registration - they will need to reapply
